Join us for anintensive sprint training campdesigned to help swimmers developpower, speed, and techniquein their events! Thisteaching-focusedcamp will break down the key fundamentals of sprinting throughhands-on coaching, video analysis, and specialized drills.

Camp will be Monday, August 4th to Thursday, August 7th from 1:00 PM- 4:00 PM each day.

Camp is $160 for the camp and is open to competitive swimmers age 10-18.
