Policy

Paydays for salaried employees are the last working day of each month for time worked through that month. The College encourages electronic deposit to any banking institution in the United States that is a member of the Federal Reserve System.

Hourly employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis. The College encourages electronic deposit to any banking institution in the United States that is a member of the Federal Reserve System.

Procedure

Enrolling and Changes:

To prevent fraud, direct deposit forms are available to be completed in-person in the Human Resources Office. A voided check or other verification of Routing and Account numbers must accompany the Direct Deposit form.
