Counseling Services sponsors workshops and structured groups in personal growth areas that are of interest to Albion students. Workshops are offered for one session, usually 1-2 hours in duration, while structured groups are scheduled for two or more sessions. Although most Counseling Services workshops and structured groups are regularly scheduled, they may also be organized at the request of student or staff.

The Outreach Program’s activities are designed to disseminate information, enhance skills, and to promote personal development. While these programs may assist participants in identifying problem areas, they are not intended as a substitute for personal counseling. These activities are available to all Albion students.
