Capital project requests come from a number of different sources and vary in size and complexity. In order to provide consistent, transparent and equitable decisions regarding these requests we are establishing the following committees:

• Campus Planning Committee (first meeting May 2022)
• Residential Master Planning Committee (first meeting May or June 2022)
• Space Utilization Committee (established in 2021)

The Design and Construction Manager will serve on all three committees to provide coordination and alignment between planning projects.
